Working Pattern: 3 out of 7 days, including evenings and weekends

About the Role
Join the hospitality team at RNLI College, where your role will be central to delivering exceptional service in a dynamic and rewarding environment. We’re looking for a friendly and professional Waiting & Bar Staff member to support our food and beverage operations across a variety of service areas.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving food and beverages to customers to Aramark’s high standards
- Supporting bar and barista service
- Assisting with hospitality functions
- Preparing service areas and maintaining cleanliness
- Ensuring food hygiene and safety regulations are followed
- Storing food and equipment correctly after service
- Maintaining a professional appearance and positive customer relations
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
- Has previous experience in customer-facing or food service roles (desirable but not essential – full training provided)
- Is 18 years or older
- Has the right to work in the UK and has resided for at least 3 years (security checks required)
- Has reliable transport due to limited public transport options near the site
- Is flexible and available for evening and weekend shifts
