Aramark UK is looking for a passionate, commercially focused, and people-driven Catering Manager to lead our catering operations at Triumph Motorcycles and Visitor Centre.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced catering professional to take ownership of a busy food service operation, driving exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial performance.
Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for the management of all food preparation and site operations, leading a team of approximately 12 colleagues across the main kitchen, satellite kitchen, and coffee shop.
You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining food quality, developing your team, building strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance across all areas of the operation.
This is a permanent, full-time position based at Triumph Motorcycles and Visitor Centre, Hinckley.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the main kitchen, satellite kitchen, and coffee shop, ensuring exceptional food quality and customer service standards are always maintained.
- Take full ownership and accountability for the operational and financial performance of the catering business, including budget control and purchasing responsibilities.
- Ensure efficient delivery of all food offerings in line with company menus, specifications, brand standards, and operational programmes.
- Drive sales growth through excellent customer engagement and effective implementation of marketing and communication initiatives.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, service, and value consistently achieved.
- Produce accurate financial forecasts, inventories, reports, and P&L projections while controlling labour and food costs.
- Lead, coach, develop, and performance manage team leaders and colleagues, fostering a positive culture focused on engagement, training, and succession planning.
- Maintain full compliance with all food safety, health and safety, hygiene, and company standards.
- Support client relationship management activities, including reviews, retention initiatives, business development opportunities, and contract growth plans.
- Provide regional operational support and assist with mobilisation activities and people management processes when required.
- Key Requirements
- Previous management experience within the food service, hospitality, catering, or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of catering operations, food safety, health and safety legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience managing budgets, P&L performance, labour costs, food costing, wastage, and forecasting.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications and confident producing reports and analysing operational data.
- Positive, adaptable, customer‑focused approach with the ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
