Aramark UK are currently recruiting a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie in their Education sector to join our team at the University of Hertfordshire, College Lane Campus, AL10 9AB. Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain food hygiene, service & presentation to standard
  • Assist in prep for breakfast & lunch service
  • Make food to recipe
  • Carry out & maintain FIFO stock rotation
  • Assist the Head Chef with stock management
  • Maintain a clean kitchen throughout your working day
  • Assist in food production for hospitality catering bookings

  • Understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures
