Location: Phinia Gillingham, Gillingham, Kent, ME8 0RU

Pay: £12.71/hour

Contract type: Permanent, 20 hours/week

Shift times: Monday – Friday (5 shifts) 10am-2pm

As a General Assistant, you will mainly be working front-of-house. You will support day-to-day operations by serving food and beverages to our customers, alongside till work, cleaning dining areas and supporting both front and back of house areas. You will provide excellent customer service and report to the General Manager on site.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to and excellent customer service is provided.
  • Stocking up, stock rotation, facing up, spot cleaning, cleaning dining and serving areas (front and back of house).
  • Operate the till, process cash and card payments, record financial transactions, serve on food counters and upsell products/sizes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous customer-facing/food service experience is desirable; full training will be given on site.
