Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and record food and equipment temperature
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including pot/dish wash and deep clean duties
- Attend in-house training sessions
- Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform according to company regulations
- Comply with and promote the company’s health and safety policies
- Ensure adherence to food hygiene regulations and proper storage of food items and equipment
- Assist chefs with checking in food deliveries, ensuring quality standards
- Follow stock rotation systems
- Perform cleaning duties related to service and equipment
- Prepare service areas and points
