We're looking for a permanent Catering Manager to take charge of our catering operations - ensuring top-quality food, outstanding customer service and smooth day-to-day running of the kitchens. In this role, you'll oversee the planning and coordination of all catering services, manage budgets and supplier relationships and ensure full compliance with health and safety standards. You'll also lead and inspire a dedicated team, driving excellence across every aspect of the service. Security clearance is essential. To be considered for this position, you must have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years.

A day in the life of a Catering Manager:

  • Lead and coordinate daily catering operations and events, ensuring high standards and contract compliance.
  • Deliver excellent food quality and presentation.
  • Manage and motivate catering staff, including recruitment, training and scheduling.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and handle client feedback professionally.
  • Oversee budgets, stock control and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health & safety and licensing regulations.

You'll be set up for success if you have:

  • Proven experience in large catering or hospitality management.
