What you'll do:
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service every day.
- Support the Manager with stock control, staff rotas, and training.
- Keep standards high by ensuring cleaning schedules are followed.
- Operate tills, handle cash, and explore upselling opportunities.
- Serve food and drinks while creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Share your menu knowledge with customers and train new starters.
What we're looking for:
- Previous supervisory experience is great, but not essential - we'll train you!
- Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, have the legal right to work, and pass security vetting and DBS checks.
- A positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
