Location: Leuchars Station, Fife, KY16 0JX

Salary: £24,325.38 - £27,880.04

Hours: Permanent, full-time, 35 - 40 hours per week (5 days over 7, including weekends and evenings)

Typical shift times: Early Shift: 06:00 - 13:30 and Late Shift: 11:30 - 19:00

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
  • Deliver silver service-level catering for hospitality events.
  • Follow recipe cards to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Support and train new team members.
  • Manage stock, place food orders, and maintain kitchen records.
  • Monitor food safety standards and complete due diligence paperwork.
  • Assist with deliveries and deep cleaning routines.

What we’re looking for:

  • Relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent).
  • Confident chef and excellent team player.
  • Flexible, innovative, and passionate about food.
  • Able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
  • Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years and have the legal right to work.
