Aramark UK are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Bar Team Leader to join our Hotel Food & Beverage team at Chessington World of Adventures. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career and take ownership of busy, high-energy bar operations within a leading resort environment. Our hotel operation features a fast-paced, guest-focused bar experience where standards, service, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
As a Bar Team Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind our bar operations, supporting the Hotel F&B Management team and leading your team from the front to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading by example to deliver outstanding bar service and consistently achieve the "perfect serve".
- Training, developing, and motivating a large and diverse bar team on shift.
- Supporting Duty Managers and the wider F&B leadership team in the smooth running of bar operations.
- Ensuring all checklists, opening/closing procedures, and cleaning are completed to a high standard.
- Overseeing cellar management, line cleaning, and bar equipment cleanliness in line with Aramark standards.
- Maintaining excellent bar presentation, including stock layout and visual standards to maximise efficiency and sales.
- Driving sales performance while ensuring exceptional guest service at all times.
- Handling guest queries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
- Experience in a fast-paced bar environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
