Are you an experienced Cook or Chef looking for flexible work or extra income? Join our team and support cadet training camps across Scotland. You will earn £13.50 per hour (plus supplement) and enjoy variety, travel, and the chance to work with a world-class catering provider.
What You'll Do
- Run standalone camp kitchens and cook for 50-200 cadets.
- Manage stock, deliveries, and kitchen paperwork.
- Liaise with cadet training teams and STC management.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- A typical 3-day camp includes travel with stores, an evening meal on day one, full service on day two, and breakfast/lunch on the final day.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant culinary qualifications and strong cooking skills.
- Flexible approach to hours and duties.
- Full UK driving licence (max 6 points).
- Basic Disclosure Scotland (funding available) and BPSS clearance.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and residency for 3+ years.
