A day in the life of a Catering Assistant:
- Assisting with basic food preparation and service for daily operation within the main school.
- Assisting with lunch clean-down and cleaning/closing down service times.
- Ensuring areas are always clean and tidy and operating to brand standards.
- Assisting with deliveries as required.
- Barista and hot drinks service.
- Assisting with hospitality events as required depending on school events.
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
- Minimum 1 year’s experience within the hospitality business, food service skills, and basic food preparation.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- A flexible approach to accommodate school events when they occur.
