Aramark are recruiting for a Cleaning Contract Manager to manage cleaning services across a portfolio of client sites, ensuring excellent service delivery, strong client relationships, compliance, and operational performance.
- Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily cleaning operations across assigned contracts.
- Ensure service delivery meets agreed standards and client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships. Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
- Recruit, train, manage, and support cleaning teams. Manage staffing levels, rotas, attendance, and performance.
- Control budgets, labour costs, and consumable spend.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve services and grow contracts.
Qualifications
- Experience managing cleaning or facilities management contracts.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Budget and cost control experience.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
