Part-time Cleaner & Laundry Assistant
Location: Woodsmith Mine, Sneaton, Whitby, YO22 5BF
Pay rate: £13.27 per hour
Contract type: Permanent, part‑time, 23 hours per week, Sat – Sun
Shift times: 0600 – 1800 (with 0.5 hour unpaid break)
Aramark UK are currently recruiting a part‑time Cleaner & Laundry Assistant to join our team working at Woodsmith Mine.
What you'll do:
- You will be cleaning boot rooms, washrooms, canteen and welfare areas on‑site, ensuring all standards are maintained throughout and all cleaning tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Reporting hazards and checking over equipment to ensure they are in good condition, reporting any issues to management.
- You will be working alone on occasion and as part of a team, working together to ensure all daily tasks have been covered.
- Duties will include sweeping, mopping, hoovering, rubbish disposal, and other general duties attached to the role.
What we're looking for:
- Must have a legal right to work in the UK.
- Previous experience is desirable, however full training will be given on site and online training.
