  • Job Responsibilities
  • Prepareand serve food, snacks, and beverages to customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and enquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across hospitality areas, kitchens, and function rooms.
  • Set up meeting and event rooms with refreshments, catering items, and required equipment.
  • Clear tables and collect used crockery, glassware, and service items after use.
  • Wash, clean, and return crockery, cutlery, and serving equipment todesignatedareas.
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels of food, beverages, and hospitality supplies.
  • Support the smooth day-to-day operation of hospitality services while ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
