Join Our Culinary Team – Chef Wanted!

Location: Fort George, Inverness, IV2 7TD
Pay: £13.50/hour
Hours: 35 hours per week, (Monday to Friday, working 1 weekend per month with 2 days off during the week)
Shifts: Between 6am and 18.30pm – enjoy your evenings free

We’re hiring a Chef to join our passionate team at Fort George. If you’re ready to grow your culinary career with a world-leading organisation that values work-life balance, this is your chance.

What You\’ll Do:

  • Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Support fine dining and hospitality events
  • Train and mentor new team members
  • Follow recipes and maintain kitchen records
  • Assist with stock checks, orders, and deep cleans

What We’re Looking For:

  • Relevant culinary qualification (706/1, 706/2 or equivalent).
  • Team player with effective communication skills.
  • Confident, flexible, and innovative.
  • Able to pass DBS and security vetting (UK resident for 3+ years).
