Your day:
- Support the sales team with proposals, quotes, and event planning
- Coordinate client bookings and ensure smooth communication throughout the process
- Assist with marketing collateral and promotional activity for events
- Manage administrative tasks including contracts, invoicing, and CRM updates
- Liaise with operations and culinary teams to guarantee flawless event delivery
- Host site visits and provide exceptional customer service to prospective clients
You’ll bring:
- Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality sales
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
