Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Barista Supervisor to join our team working at Whitchurch Cardiff, CF14 2XJ. We are looking for a keen coffee enthusiast to make specialty hot drinks, alongside providing excellent customer service on the tills. You will be working with a fantastic team and supporting the day-to-day running of the unit. You will be leading your team to success and ensuring the overall smooth day-to-day running of the unit.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare specialty barista beverages to spec (latte art skills welcome!)
  • Preparing the number of sandwiches, paninis and baguettes, cooking a small breakfast service.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards.
  • Support the FOH Manager with product innovation and promotional planning.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete temperature checks.
  • Handle customer feedback and communicate with the catering Manager.
  • Manage stock levels, rotation, and monthly stock counts.
  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Complete and sign off all required paperwork before shift end.

Key Requirements:

  • Food hygiene certificate – Level 2 desirable. However, relevant training will be provided.
  • No previous experience required, but 1-2 years’ experience in a food services or retail environment desirable.
