What you'll do:
- Assisting the manager with organising the team to deliver exceptional cleaning standards
- Completing audits and preparing KPI reports
- Assisting with stock counts
- Maintaining the COSHH cupboard
- Managing PPE and cleaning materials
- Conducting team meetings and identifying training needs
- Assisting with payroll preparation and arranging cover for holidays and sickness
- Hands-on cleaning duties
What we're looking for:
- Previous cleaning experience (supervisory experience is a bonus!)
- Ability to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
- UK residency for the past 3 years and legal right to work
- A positive attitude and commitment to health and safety
