Overview
As a Tim Hortons General Help, you support everyday guest service by preparing drinks and food, handling orders, and keeping the workspace clean and safe. You will work as part of a team to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. The role offers steady hours and weekday daytime shifts in downtown Calgary, contributing to Aramark’s service standards. Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service while preparing drink and food orders
- Compile orders accurately and in a timely fashion
- Receive payment by cash, debit/credit card and campus card
- Assist with opening/closing of the location
- Keep stations clean and replenished at all times
- Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- May perform other job duties as required
