Aramark UK are currently recruiting a talented and dedicated Chef in their Education sector to join our team at Caldicot Comprehensive School. Job Responsibilities:

  • Cooking and preparing food ready for grab & go & lunch service, ensuring minimal wastage.
  • Supporting functions/hospitality events.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team of chefs and acting as a trainer/coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks.
  • Following recipe cards to prepare, cook and serve a range of meals.
  • Assisting with deliveries and stock checks, placing food orders, and maintaining kitchen records.
  • Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries.
  • Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence.
