Aramark UK is looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead and deliver essential training at HMP Parc, a Category B prison serving over 1,600 meals daily. What you’ll do:
- Deliver Food Safety and Allergen training to prisoners working in catering
- Induct and train staff and prisoners in kitchen operations
- Maintain training records and complete monthly safety checks
- Provide practical demonstrations and health & hygiene instruction
- Identify learners for NVQs and manage enrolments
- Support food preparation when needed
- Meet KPIs and report monthly training stats
What we’re looking for:
- Strong food knowledge and Level 3 Food Safety qualification
- Experience training and developing individuals
- Excellent communication skills with patience and resilience
- UK residency for 5+ years, legal right to work, and ability to pass security vetting
