Role: Responsible for leading kitchen operations, supervising chefs and inmates, and ensuring the unit runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Supervising and supporting chefs and inmates to deliver meals three times a day.
- Preparing and serving quality food within a pre‑ordered menu structure.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and compliance.
- Completing relevant paperwork and due diligence accurately.
- Supporting a positive kitchen culture and confidently managing challenges when they arise.
- Completing any required training to support the role.
Qualifications:

- Previous supervisory or team‑leading experience.
