Come and join the team! Spanning over two hotels and our very own holiday village, a day in our operation is never dull. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and growing kitchen team based at one of the UK's most popular theme parks. As part of our One Team culture, you'll help deliver unforgettable mornings for our guests - setting them up for a day full of adventure.

  • Full Time
  • Weekend availability required on a rota basis
  • Mornings only (6am until 2pm)

A day in the life of a Breakfast Chef de Partie would include preparing a range of high-quality breakfast dishes from seasonal menus across our hotel restaurants, being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary, and adhering to the highest standards of Health.
