Job Responsibilities
- Lead on all hospitality bookings including large events and small meeting requests
- Work closely with the Contract Manager tomaintaina seamless and high-quality experience for clients
- Manage and coordinate the hospitality booking system to include booking oversight and the introduction of new dishes / offers
- Introduce innovative solutions to continuously improve and evolve the hospitality offer
- Continuously review the offer using client completed surveys and benchmarking tomaintainan industry leading service
- Ensure all processes are followed correctly tomaintaina safety-first approach
- Support with setup, service and clean-down whenrequired
- Requirement to attend sites therefore a full driving license is essential
Key Requirements:
- Someone with a passion for the hospitality and food industry

- Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Although rare, we need someone with flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and event days
