Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Bartender to be a part of our integral team at Aston University. As a Bartender, you will be mixing and serving drinks whilst keeping the bar area clean and fully stocked. You will always provide excellent customer service.

What you'll do:
- You will be mixing and serving drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to meet customer preferences.
- You will also be using Challenge 25, to ensure all IDs are valid.
- You will be capable of lone working and managing the bar service on your own.
- Cleaning the bar area, ensuring everything is clean and tidy before, during, and after service. This will include stocking up, stock rotation, facing up, spot cleaning etc.
- Operating the tills and taking card and cash payments, ensuring you are keeping financial records as required and offering excellent customer service to our customers. This will include cashing up at the end of the shift.
What we're looking for:
- Passion for the hospitality and food industry.
- Welsh & English level and able to communicate as this is crucial to deliver an excellent customer service to our customers.
- For this role you must be 18+.
- High personal standards and attention to detail.
- An enhanced DBS.
- Experience in a similar role ideal but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
