Location: DST Normandy Barracks, Leconfield HU17 7LX

Pay: £12.71/hour

Hours: Permanent, 35 hours/week, 5 days out of 7 (includes some weekends)

We’re looking for a Front of House Assistant to join our team at DST Normandy Barracks and help create a welcoming space for our customers. If you love working with people and want a role that offers flexibility, training, and career growth, this could be the perfect fit.

You will support day-to-day operations by serving food and beverages to our customers, alongside till work, cleaning dining areas and supporting both front and back‑of‑house areas. You will provide excellent customer service and report to the General Manager on site.

You must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided in-country for more than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role.

What you’ll do:

  • Serve meals and beverages with a smile
  • Manage cash and operate tills
  • Keep the bar and lounge areas clean and tidy
  • Manage stock and rotate using FIFO
  • Report feedback, issues, or hazards to your manager
  • Support the team with any additional duties as needed.

What we’re looking for:

  • UK resident for the past 3 years with legal right to work
  • Able to pass security vetting and DBS checks
  • Over 18
  • Must have reliable transport due to the location of the site and limited public transport.
