What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the smooth running of the Mess, managing your team and ensuring top‑notch service for members and military personnel.
  • Organise and deliver hospitality functions and formal dinners.
  • Handle reception duties, cash management, and company paperwork.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues effectively.

What we’re looking for:

  • UK residency for the past 3 years and eligibility to work in the UK (security checks required).
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Financial awareness and ability to manage budgets.
  • Computer literacy and strong organisational skills.
