Shift times: 5 over 7 (7am to 5pm with weekly evening/night event). Ready to bring great service and a friendly smile to our bar? We’re looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our team in London to help create a welcoming space for our customers. What you’ll do:

  • Making specialty barista beverages to spec – a great way to show off your latte art skills or learn new ones!
  • Serving alcoholic beverages from our bar station during events (wine, cocktails, spirits).
  • Providing training and development plans for all reporting bar assistants.
  • Providing excellent customer service to our VIP customers.
  • Providing clear leadership and direction to the team (2 direct reports).
  • Supporting the Event Manager to lead day-to-day services for our high-end client and delivering high-profile evening events (Concert, Premier, Screening).
  • Delivering food products to our client as requested.
  • Assisting in the development of services provided, communicating all opportunities to develop business expansion back to the Senior Management Team.
  • Ensuring all storage areas, utensils and equipment are regularly cleaned and meet the Company’s Health and Safety requirements.

What we’re looking for:

  • Must have resided in the UK for the past 5 years and have the legal right to work.
  • Passion for the hospitality and food industry.
  • Advanced English level and able to communicate, as this is crucial to deliver excellent customer service to our customers and for team management.
