Salary: £24,325.38 – £27,880.04

Hours: Permanent, full‑time, 35‑40 hours per week (5 days, including weekends and evenings). Shift timings: earliest start 0630, latest finish 2100.

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services.
  • Follow recipe cards to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Support and train new team members.
  • Manage stock, place food orders, and maintain kitchen records.
  • Monitor food safety standards and complete due diligence paperwork.
  • Assist with deliveries and deep‑cleaning routines.

What we’re looking for:

  • Relevant culinary qualification and/or relevant experience.
  • Confident chef and excellent team player.
  • Flexible, innovative, and passionate about food.
  • Able to pass BPSS vetting and DBS checks (military site).
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
