Job Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly,professionaland efficient customer service to students,staffand visitors.
• Prepare and serveStarbuckshot and cold beverages to required brand standards.
• Serve food,snacksand other products across the catering operation.
• Operate tills and process cash/card transactions accurately.
• Maintainclean,attractiveand fully stocked counters,displaysand service areas.
• Replenish and rotate stock andassistwith deliveries.
• Follow food safety, allergen, Health &Safetyand safeguarding procedures.
• Maintainhigh standardsof hygiene,cleanlinessand presentation, including general cleaning duties.
• Assistwith opening and closing duties asrequired.
• Work as part of the wider catering team and support other college catering areas and general duties asrequired.

Key Requirements:

• Friendly, positiveand customer-focused approach withgood communicationskills.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, flexibleand willing to support different catering areas.
• Good attention to detail andhigh standardsof cleanliness and presentation.
• Willingness to learn barista skills and prepare beverages to Starbucks standards.
• Basic food hygiene/allergen/Health & Safety awareness desirable; full training provided.
• Able to follow instructions,proceduresand company standards.
• Willing to complete required online training and safeguarding requirements.
