Contract type: Permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (includes some weekends)

What you’ll do:
- Deliver excellent customer service, including till operation, meal service setup, and stock replenishment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety across all areas.
- Support and monitor staff performance, appearance, and completion of cleaning tasks.
- Report issues, feedback, hazards, and stock requirements to management and attend regular meetings.
- Complete training, stock checks, audits, and other duties to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
What we’re looking for:
- No previous experience required, but 1-2 years’ experience in a food services, retail, or cleaning environment desirable.
- Food hygiene certificate – Level 2 desirable. However, relevant training will be provided.
- Basic numeracy: ability to calculate and check change, basic addition, and subtraction.
- Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, have the legal right to work, and pass security vetting and DBS checks.
- A positive attitude, effective communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.
