What we are looking for from you:
To support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily meal production for the restaurant and patient meals.
Be a champion of our food offering on campus, delivering great food services in our restaurants.
To follow the Catering Hygiene Policy guidelines and Aramark\’s dress code policy, always maintaining a clean uniform and hygienic appearance.
Follow HACCP guidelines and ensure all necessary information is recorded accurately and efficiently.
Ensuring correct stock rotation procedures are followed, use the FIFO rule.
Co-operate fully and participate with/in all health and safety training programs
Comply with and adhere to all Aramark & Hospital policies and procedures
Have requisite working experience and culinary expertise to be creative
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple roles as required, with a good understanding of all sections of the kitchen
Have good organisational skills and work consistently with attention to detail
