Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Senior Chef de Partie to join our team working at Phinia, Gillingham, GL10 3SX. You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the team regarding food production management to ensure minimal wastage, maintenance of food levels, food quality and brand standards.

A day in the life of a Senior Chef de Partie:
- Reporting to the Chef Manager, your duties will include:
- Daily production of the food offering, following company set specifications whilst managing expected production number and volumes to minimise wastage.
- Support the Chef Manager and actively get involved in menu planning to offer variety, synergy with the seasons and the activation of new concepts or promotions.
- Stock management to include - ordering, stock takes and providing input towards producing end of period financial commentary based upon performance.
- Preparing food for our hospitality dining facilities and events.
- Ensuring all shift opening and closing checklists are completed, company HACCP & Health & Safety procedures and policies are adhered to and followed by all employees.
- Undertaking relevant company training as required.
- Oversee daily site operations during the Chef Manager’s planned leave.
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Relevant culinary qualification.
- Previous experience of supervisory kitchen work.
- Certificate in food safety (or willing to obtain via our online e-learning).
- Excellent team player and communicator.
