Join us as a Marketing Manager at Aramark UK to elevate our services within the Merlin account. Salary: ÂŁ50,000 + Company Car. Location: Midlands.
Responsibilities
Key duties include:
- Supercharge cash sales by inspiring repeat visits and creating moments that keep customers coming back for more.
- Team up with client marketing crews to dream up and launch bold, buzz-worthy campaigns that make a real splash.
- Craft standout Brand Standards Manuals that bring each brand’s personality to life.
- Create compelling commercial case studies that showcase the magic behind new concepts, installations, promos, and guest-facing experiences.
- Plan and deliver attention-grabbing marketing campaigns—both online and offline—using creativity and energy to captivate customers.
- Own the digital signage experience, from big visual ideas to hands‑on CMS wizardry.
- Build strong partnerships with design and print pros, keeping the creative process smooth, innovative, and fun.
- Collaborate with resort directors to ignite on‑site marketing activity and elevate guest excitement.
- Dream up fresh innovations and guest‑focused initiatives that make the Merlin experience even more unforgettable.
- Dive into on‑site marketing support, bringing energy, ideas, and seamless execution.
- Jump in on exciting transformation projects, helping shape what’s new and next.
- Partner with key functions across the business to fuel marketing activity and support high-quality business review documents.
Qualifications
We are looking for an autonomous, positive, and experienced marketer with strong commercial focus and excellent interpersonal skills. A full driving licence and ability to travel regularly are essential.
