Aramark UK are currently recruiting an Office Manager to join our team working at our Leeds office - Caledonia House, Lawnswood Business Park, Redvers Close, Leeds, LS16 6QY. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range Salary £25-28k.

A day in the life of an Office Manager:
Reception Duties:- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations and ensure a safe, efficient working environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Liaise with building management and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Support health & safety compliance and maintain relevant records.
- Organise and facilitate company activity days and events.
- Process office invoice processing and cost allocation.
- Provide ad‑hoc support to the Finance and HR teams as required.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
You will be set up for success if you have:
- Professional, approachable, and customer‑focused.
- Previous experience in office management and/or reception roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
