A day in the life of an IT Procurement and Data Administrator:
- Review and approve/reject IT procurement requests
- Process IT invoices in line with company procedures
- Maintain accurate inventory of devices across the estate
- Manage service requests using company standard tools and processes
- Provide access to custom line-of-business applications
- Escalate IT issues within the team
- Support asset lifecycle management and Master Data admin tasks
- Deliver exceptional service support to the business
- Work to SLA thresholds and perform other reasonable duties as required
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
- Strong organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in customer interactions, including senior stakeholders
- A proactive approach and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and SLAs using initiative
- Willingness to travel for training or site visits
- Experience in administrative or technical support roles (1+ years)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and IT hardware
- Understanding of IT Service Management protocols and ITIL Framework (desirable)
- Experience with helpdesk applications like ServiceNow (desirable)
