Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in the Defence sector and a passion for strategic transformation and innovation? Aramark UK is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to support the team on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a remote position with home-based working and occasional travel to client sites / Aramark UK’s offices.
Working closely with operations, finance, legal and our bid teams, you’ll act as a subject matter expert in a variety of specialist areas, including but not limited to TUPE, resourcing, organisational design and social value commitments, contributing directly to technical and commercial responses and driving best practice in HR, policy and people analytics.
**Please note that you must have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years to be considered for this role. Full security vetting will also be required prior to commencing the role.**

Key responsibilities:
- Write and deliver HR bid responses covering resourcing, TUPE, pensions and organisational design
- Review and analyse complex HR data, policies and legal documentation
- Develop new HR policies and initiatives (e.g. inclusion, wellbeing, learning & development)
- Advise on union matters, pay structures and performance management risks
- Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, IT, SMEs) to ensure compliant and competitive HR solutions
- Represent HR in bid reviews, stakeholder meetings and client discussions or presentations where required
Key requirements:
- Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in Defence or Government services
- TUPE and change management expertise
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent data interpretation, bid writing and policy development skills
- CIPD qualified L7 / part-qualified or equivalent experience
- Ability to obtain BPSS / security clearance
