Overview
HR Shared Services Administrator – Aramark UK. Hybrid work in Leeds, United Kingdom. This role is a permanent full-time position.
Candidate should have HR administration experience and be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role reports to the HR Services Manager and supports the delivery of high-quality HR administration services in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to deliver HR strategies and policies across all areas of the business
- Provide guidance and information on procedures and service provision, including benefits, terms and conditions and HR system support
- Support recruitment of employees using the My Worklife system (recruitment and onboarding), including contract requests
- General support to managers encouraging the use of Manager Self Service
- My Worklife system support and guidance including hierarchy updates, approvals, redirecting workflows and creating positions and requisitions
- Maintain employee confidence and work with integrity
- Promote and maintain positive relationships with all Aramark business units, external clients and external agencies
- Manage requests from the business in line with SLA targets and company standards
- Support the HR team to collate due diligence information for TUPE-related activity and bids
Required qualifications and skills
- CIPD qualified or at least 12 months experience in a HR Admin environment preferred but not essential
- Good computer literacy with an understanding of Microsoft packages
- Working knowledge of My Worklife SAP system or similar software solution
- Ability to deal with customers and clients at all levels, both internal and external
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- A strong desire to accomplish goals
- Adept at basic problem solving and know when to ask for help
- Good organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Attention to detail, accuracy and follow-up
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- Ability to take instruction and deal with requests from all levels of management
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
