Aramark UK is looking for a results focused Food Services Manager to join our team. This role is critical to the success of the client operation, with full oversight of retail, employee dining, and hospitality across the site. The role leads a large and complex operation. This is a high profile, fast paced role requiring strong operational leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to mobilise and stabilise a large team through go live and beyond. Deputising for General Manager and a key client and senior stakeholder point of contact. This is a full‑time, on‑site role embedded within the client contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations Oversight — Lead front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality service across all food outlets.
  • Service Standards Management — Ensure brand, quality, and presentation standards are met at all times.
  • Shift Leadership — Manage opening/closing procedures, staff deployment, and real‑time problem solving.
  • Health & Safety Compliance — Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, allergen, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Team Supervision — Support, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service.
  • Training & Development — Deliver onboarding and ongoing skills training for FOH and BOH teams.
  • Performance Management — Conduct reviews, address performance concerns, and support staff progression.
  • Recruitment Support — Assist in hiring, interviewing, and workforce planning.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in a supervisory or management role within food services, hospitality, catering, or restaurants.
  • Strong understanding of food safety, allergen management, and health & safety legislation.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
  • Confident decision‑maker with strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Financial awareness, including labour planning, cost control, and stock management.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and frontline teams.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
