Your day:

  • Support the sales team with proposals, quotes, and event planning
  • Coordinate client bookings and ensure smooth communication throughout the process
  • Assist with marketing collateral and promotional activity for events
  • Manage administrative tasks including contracts, invoicing, and CRM updates
  • Liaise with operations and culinary teams to guarantee flawless event delivery
  • Host site visits and provide exceptional customer service to prospective clients

You’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality sales
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with booking systems (desirable)
