Aramark UK is proud to deliver premium hospitality at Principality Stadium – Wales’ most iconic venue. We’re looking for an established Hospitality Manager to lead our match day and event hospitality operations, ensuring exceptional service and unforgettable experiences for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Manage all hospitality operations for match days, concerts and major events
- Lead and motivate a large team of supervisors and service staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and food standards at all times
- Work closely with culinary and operations teams to maintain service quality and consistency
- Oversee staffing plans, training and development to build a high‑performing team
- Monitor budgets, control costs and maximise profitability without compromising quality
- Act as the main point of contact for VIP clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery
