Head of Sales in Cardiff

Aramark UK is proud to partner with Principality Stadium to deliver world‑class hospitality and non‑event day experiences. We’re looking for a proactive Head of Sales to lead our non‑event day sales strategy and drive commercial success at one of the UK’s most iconic venues.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of premium experiences beyond match days. From conferences and private dining to stadium tours, pop‑up restaurants, and large‑scale events like concerts and exhibitions, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable moments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a sales strategy to hit ambitious revenue targets
• Lead and grow a dedicated sales team
• Drive new business across meetings, incentives, conferences and events
• Build strong relationships with partners, promoters and clients
• Oversee marketing plans, pricing, and booking systems for non‑event day activity
• Represent Aramark and Principality Stadium at networking events, trade shows and site visits

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in hospitality or venue sales, with at least 3 years in management
• Proven ability to create and execute innovative sales strategies
• Commercially savvy, with a track record of driving revenue and building long‑term client relationships
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• Passion for food, hospitality and delivering exceptional customer experiences
