LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our Hotel Kitchen Team in kitchen and service-related duties.

Shift opportunities include:

  • Full Time
  • Part Time
  • Monday - Friday Only
  • Mornings Only (6am until 2pm)
  • Evenings Only (2pm until 10pm)

What does this role entail? A day in the life of a Hotel Kitchen Porter would include:

  • Aiding the chefs and kitchen team within food preparation duties and setting up the kitchen ahead of service
  • Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
  • Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
  • Working in the pot-wash area in a timely manner to support with the operational requirements
  • Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly

What is required for this role? Here are some desirable qualities:

  • Previous Food and Beverage or Hospitality experience is required
  • Food Safety qualifications desired
  • Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Be a great communicator both with peers as well as the management team
  • Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
  • Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player
