If so, we have a job for you. We are currently recruiting a Security Guard to be a part of our integral team here at Queen Victoria Boarding School, Dunblane, FK15 0JY.

You must have a Current SIA licence to apply for this role.

  • Full time, salary based on 42 hours per week
  • Shifts include: Day shift - 7am - 7pm and Night shift - 7pm - 7am

What you’ll be doing:

  • This role is based in a boarding school, you will be responsible for ensuring the site is secure and all students are safe.
  • Reception Duties including answering telephones, booking visitors and contractors onto site
  • Key Distribution
  • Monitoring CCTV
  • Patrolling grounds and securing buildings
  • Occasional Parking Duties for school events
  • Maintaining staff vehicle records
  • Contacting out of hour helpdesk for urgent repairs
  • Duties to be discussed further at interview as day shift and nightshift duties vary.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • SIA License essential - please do not apply if you do not have a SIA licence.
  • PVG and Disclosure are required but paid for by the company
  • Driver with own vehicle preferred due to the shift times and remoteness of the site
