Your Aramark journey starts here. Aramark UK are currently recruiting a School Chef in their Education sector to join our team at High School of Dundee, Euclid Crescent, Dundee, DD1 1HU.
You will be responsible for the production of all lunches and service delivery, ordering food supplies, monitoring stock and wastage levels and ensuring all Health and Safety regulations are followed.

- This is a part time position, 30 hours per week, Term time only. Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday working if required, Shifts are: 8am - 2pm.

A day in the life of a School Chef:
- You will be preparing lunch for the school, ensuring all production and service delivery standards are met.
- Placing orders and performing stock takes, tracking costs and managing wastage, alongside assisting with storing deliveries and deep cleans of the unit on a daily/weekly basis.
- Organising and coordinating hospitality.
- You will also be required to work on the occasional Saturday.
You’ll be set up for success if you have:
- Must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have legal right to work.
- Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
- College or work-based assessment to SVQ Professional Cookery SCQF level 5 minimum.
- Minimum of 2 years work experience within a kitchen environment and able to work unsupervised.
- Be able to demonstrate self-motivation and drive.
