Your Aramark journey starts here. Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Head Steward to join our team working at RAF Woodvale, Formby Bypass, Southport, L37 7AD. You will be responsible for supervising the team in the provision of quality laundry, accommodation, mess-room, and janitorial services, always adhering to health and safety.

- This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, working 5 days over 7 including some weekend work. Shifts range between 6am and 11pm.
- The annual salary for this role is Β£24,522.25.

A day in the life of a Head Steward:
- Supervision of services within the Mess.
- Accountability for the effective supervision and performance of front-line colleagues within the mess.
- Assist with function preparation as directed by the Mess Manager i.e. silver cleaning dining room layout, etc.
- Completion of company paperwork.
- Cash handling and till operation.
- Ordering stock and stock rotation.
You will be set up for success if you have:
- A DBS check will be required to complete the application process.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety and food safety requirements.
- Previous hospitality / supervisory experience is desirable.
