We are currently looking for a Hospitality Chef to work with our integral team at Six Hills Way, Stevenage, SG1 2DA.

- Full time – 40 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, 7am – 3.30pm

What you'll be doing:
- Produce and cook food in line with recipe cards.
- Work in line with company allergen policy.
- Prepare and serve breakfast and lunch, hospitality lunches, food for the coffee bar and retail shop.
- Full knowledge of all menu items served.
- Deep cleaning of the kitchen area.
- Assisting with deliveries and stock rotation.
- Management of production to ensure minimal wastage.
- Maintenance of food levels throughout all service periods.
- Ensuring the maintenance of high hygiene and health and safety standards in line with Aramark requirements and identify any anomalies and incidents.
- Assisting in the compilation of all shifts opening and closing checklists.
Experience:
- Relevant culinary qualification or at least 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Experience working in a kitchen at a chef level.
- Allergen awareness (i.e Natasha's Law), full training will be given.
- Excellent team player and communicator.
- MBDA security vetting process.
