We are currently recruiting for a Food Service Assistant to join our team at Cigna, Greenock, PA15 4RJ.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Required to be flexible according to business requirements. The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Food preparation including making sandwiches and deli foods
  • General front of house duties such as clearing tables, table service, customer service
  • Till work and taking payments
  • Restocking items and stock rotation
  • General cleaning of the kitchen and food prep areas
  • Stocking up counters and stock rotation
  • Sweeping/Mopping and general housekeeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.
  • We aim for all staff to be multi-skilled and flexible with full training and support provided both on the job and via our e-learning portal.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar catering role is desirable, however full training will be provided for this multi-service role.
  • Customer focused and enthusiastic team player
  • A great team player with a flexible approach to duties
