We are currently recruiting for a Food Production and Service Assistant to be a part of our team at Optic Technology Centre, Ffordd William Morgan, St Asaph Business Park, Denbighshire, LL17 0JD. This is a permanent part-time role, 30 hours per week.

What you'll be doing:
- Assisting with the production of cold food items including sandwiches and salads, fruit and dessert pots, wraps, baguettes etc, ensuring our products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
- Mainly preparing grab and go items
- Serving on counters and tills, which will include cash handling
- Stocking up
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and allergen legislation.
Experience:
- Catering qualification preferred but not essential as full training will be given
- Knowledge of food safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on own initiative
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Reliable team player
- DBS checks required
