Thorpe Park is recruiting Restaurant & Bar Team Members for our 2025 season. Home to thrilling rides, attractions, live events & a themed hotel, Thorpe Park is the ultimate destination for thrill seekers featuring some of the UK’s most popular roller coasters and amusement park rides. Well, we have a fabulous opportunity to work within our hotel restaurant operations at Thorpe Park.
The Role
You will be offering our guests the best possible experience, serving food and drinks efficiently and engaging in a polite and friendly manner. This is a guest facing role where you could be working in a busy environment. The role is varied and will include working behind the bar and supporting with table service. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing a high-quality dining experience through exceptional customer service
- Being responsible for the preparation, set-up, and closedown of the restaurant
- Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to support guests with allergen and dietary enquiries
- Ensuring smooth and efficient table turnover within our fast-paced environment whilst providing memorable experiences for our guests
- Preparing and serving drinks on our bar
- Cashier related duties including processing orders

What is required for this role?
We would love to hear from candidates who have previous restaurant or bar experience. Flexibility in availability is preferred. Our restaurant operation is between the hours of 7am and midnight. Due to the nature of this role, you must be over 18. Good level of spoken English, willingness to learn, approachable and enthusiastic, positive and a can-do attitude are essential.
